On March 15th, OHSLA's newest member, St. Marys of Medford, hosted Roseburg HS at US Cellular Park that evening
in what was the "First ever OHSLA sanctioned home game played by a High School team in Southern Oregon".
This event created a significant media story in Medford and it is a great step forward for High
School Lacrosse in Oregon.
The hope is that St Marys will be the first of many schools south of Roseburg to create a lacrosse club
creating a draw for players (and officials) in the area.
