2017 OHSLA/Nike Clinic

January 7th, 2017 - 9:30 to 1pm

Current weather forecasts have snow ariving Saturday afternnon, in anticipation of this the clinic will now start in the morning with hope that attendees can beat the worst of the weather.

The 2017 OHSLA/Nike Coaches Clinic will again be held at the Tiger Woods building on the Nike campus from 9:30 till 1pm on January 7th. This year's clinic boasts three coaches at the cutting edge of lacrosse:
  1. First year UVa, and former Brown, head coach Lars Tiffany - Coach Tiffany was head coach at Brown for 10yrs leading them to a 16-3 record and the Final Four in 2016.  In 2016 the high powered Brown offense lead the nation with a 16.3 goals per game average, lead by Tewarrton award winner Dylan Molloy.  For more info check out Coach Tiffany's Bio on the UVa website.
  2. Lincoln-Sudbury high School head coach Brian Vona - Coach Vona has been the head coach at Lincoln-Sudbury in Massachusetts (LSRHS) since 2000.  In those 17 seasons LSRHS has been in the Massachusetts state Final-Four 12 times and won the championship the last two years.  LSRHS alumni are playing throughout the college ranks such as Princeton, Dartmouth, and Notre Dame.
  3. Lincoln-Sudbury Assistant coach Jason Orlando - Coach Orlando returned to coach at his alma-mater after a college career at Duke where he was a member of the 2010 national title team.
